What is Auto-Ship?

By enrolling in Auto-Ship, you will receive, at the wholesale price, an automatic shipment of any product of your choice four or eight weeks after you join. It is a simple way to remain active for bonuses in the compensation plan.

Customer Loyalty Program

The MXI Auto-Ship Loyalty Program is designed to reward those members of your Healthy Chocolate Family who continue to purchase products via our auto-ship program.

The Loyalty Program is available to newly enrolled Affiliates and higher who join and establish an auto-ship order at the time of their enrollment. The Loyalty Program is available for 12 months from the date of enrollment.

Free products may be earned by maintaining an active auto-ship order for two or more consecutive auto-ships. Every two consecutive auto-ship orders you purchase will earn free product on a Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer.

Products of Equal or Lesser Purchase Price

Purchasing two 24 packs of Xe Energy allows you to select any free product.

Purchasing two half bags of the High-Antioxidant Meal-Replacement Shake earns any free product, except the Xe Xocai Energy drink. Purchasing two Xocai Variety Packs earns any free product except the High-Antioxidant, Meal-Replacement Shake and the Xe Xocai Energy drink. Purchasing any two of the Xocai solid chocolate products earns any of the solid chocolate product except for the Xocai Variety Pack.

Shipping and handling is charged on free product and applied at time of shipment with third auto-ship.

Affiliates and higher are allowed to SKIP one auto-ship without losing their Auto-Ship Loyalty privileges. However, if you STOP your auto-ship, you are no longer eligible to participate in the Auto-Ship Loyalty Program.

NOTE: Activation orders, Upgrade orders, and/or re-orders do not count towards the autoship loyalty program. It is also important to note when the Autoship Loyalty Program expires, any unselected, free product also expires.
