Change Your Chocolate Party Checklist

We make it as easy as 1. 2. 3. to host a Change Your Chocolate Party.

• Order a Business Builder Kit - This contains everything you need to host a successful Change Your Chocolate Party
• Use the Full Sealed Product Boxes to make a display of all of the Xocai products
• Open and use your Variety Pack case for samples to taste of Solid Chocolate Products
• Open and take out 2-3 cans of Xe Xocai Energy to put on ice and get ready to sample
• Open and take out the DVD from your starter kit. Place it in your DVD player and watch the video "The Perfect Combination"
• Set out the Prosper Magazines, Brochures, Sample Cards, Audio CDs for people to see and look through.

• Pull out the 10 copies of each of the following and have them on hand:
• Preferred Customer Enrollment Form - Change Your Chocolate
• Business Builder Kit / Associate Enrollment Form - Change Your Chocolate...Make More Change
• Path to Success - How to make $1,500 in your first 3 weeks
• Make More Change - Basic Training

• Put away the pets and eliminate distractions (kids, telephones, etc.)
• Don't serve food, alcohol, or other treats and snacks. Let the Xocai products be the star of the "Xo". Water should be the only other beverage served.
• 15 min prior to start - Turn on some upbeat background music (or the Harness The Power of Chocolate DVD loop with weight loss details.)
• Welcome your guests as they arrive and point them toward samples of the chocolate
• Spend the first 15 minutes introducing people to each other, your co-host, and to the chocolate
• Give them a taste (not a whole piece...just a taste) of each Xocai Solid Chocolate product from your Variety Case: Nugget, Xobiotic, Omega, X Power Square,
• Give them a small taste of Xe Energy 4-5 samples per can in small cups
• Make your favorite Xocai Shake Recipe (one serving can give 5-6 people a small taste

• Share your experience with Xocai, which is your favorite etc. Keep the conversation light and fun
• After everyone has had a chance to try Xocai, have them take a seat where they can watch THE DVD (we recommend The Perfect Combination)
• Watch the first 10 minutes of The Perfect Combination
• Have a couple of people at the meeting share their experience with Xocai (At least one product / one business testimonial)
• Stop the video and have your co-Host take out the 4 forms and get ready to hand them out.
• Are you a 1 - Do you want to Change Your Chocolate?
• Are you a 2 - Do you want to Change Your Chocolate and Share with 3 to get yours FREE?
• Are you a 3 - Are you ready to Make More Change and get on the Path to Success to earn $1,500 in the next 3 weeks.

Separate people that want to be 1s from the rest and have them choose their favorite product and start filling out the Change Your Chocolate Preferred Customer Forms

• Explain the loyalty program on the back of the form to them.
• Have them select which product they would like to start.
• Offer the first one to fill out their paperwork as 1 of 3 of them to apply the $10 off Gift Cards found in your Business Builder Kit to their first order.

Anyone that has decided to be a 2 or 3 should be given the Business Builder kit / Associate form and shown how to earn their chocolate for free by referring to 3 (See back of form)

• Show them the loyalty program
• Show them the Share with 3 get yours FREE
• Give them each the Path to Success and show them how they can make $1,500 in the next 3 weeks OR LESS.
• Invite them to be your business partner by hosting their own Change Your Chocolate Party.
• Invite them to fill out their order form and stick around for a little training on how they can MAKE MORE CHANGE.

Take a few minute break to answer questions and then gather together again and hand out the MAKE MORE CHANGE form.

Walk them through the simple system to MAKE MORE CHANGE. Show them how simple it can be to learn more, start a list, begin inviting, get help and support from a co-host and start their own Path to Success.
