Paula Pritchard was pursuing her doctorate degree while teaching at Kent State University when she was introduced to Amway. Out of a million distributors at the time, Paula became the first single woman in North America to reach the coveted Diamond position.

Kathy Robbins owned her own successful financial firm when she was first introduced to Network Marketing by a client named Paula Pritchard. With part-time effort she reached the top position with that Network Company in just 8 months. She eventually sold her financial firm and partnered up with Paula.

They have risen to the highest possible position and income levels with a number of network marketing companies, building organizations of over 200,000 distributors, across more than 15 countries, producing hundreds of millions of dollars in business. Together they have spearheaded the expansion of four of those companies into Europe.

Paula and Kathy are currently Presidential Diamonds and the number two earners with MXI.

Adam and Melannie have been involved in the Health and Wellness Industry since the year 2000 as successful Entrepreneurs, Product Developers and Manufacturers of Anti-Aging Skin Care Treatments and Liquid Nutritionals. They have had the privilege of helping numerous Retail and the most notable Network Marketing Companies dream and obtain incredible success through innovative Product Development and Customized Manufacturing.

In April of 2005, Adam and Melannie met the Brooks family, discovered a chocolate that was healthy, caught the business vision and joined the company as one of the founders of the revolution! In the space of just a few years, they have seen the growth of this fantastic company from its “grass roots” infancy to the multi-million dollar powerhouse it is today. Adam can only describe it as, “Unbelievable.”

Although neither Adam nor Melannie had been a distributor for another Network Marketing Company that did not stop them from believing that they would succeed; they took immediate action. They are one of the original 11 distributors to hear the very first presentation and are ruthlessly committed to making sure everyone has a positive experience with Xocai. Melannie wants all to know, “If we can do it, so can you. Get committed. Get going!”

Adam and Melannie were the second distributorship to reach the level of “Xocai Ambassador” and are the third highest money earners in the company.

We were introduced to this life changing industry back in 1988. We saw average people earning above average incomes and beyond and we wanted to know how to do it too. We saw this industry change lives.

We were taught by some of the best of the best in this industry, to be successful, you needed to be teachable and have a burning desire and an unshakable belief in the company, product, the opportunity but most importantly, a belief in yourself that it is possible.

The last 20 years we’ve had the opportunity to build two very successful international network marketing businesses.

We treat our networking marketing opportunity like our lives depend on it. We work it every day with a sense of urgency and a fear of loss. We don’t take it for granted for one minute, and are thankful everyday for this remarkable company and the people in our organization.

Our decision to join the MXI family and share Xocai, the healthy chocolate, is one of the best we’ve ever made! Originally, Sandy Chambers was a high school teacher for 4 years and had made the head of department position in her second year of teaching! She entered Direct Sales in order to stay home with her 3 children and have the freedom of her own business!

She started with Mary Kay Cosmetics in 1979; became a Director in her first year ; was for 8 years in a row the top Director in personal sales and earned 4 pink Buicks in her 13 year career with them! Sandy left Mary Kay to go in to Network Marketing which she found more lucrative. In the first year with Lifestyles, a diet cookie company, she became their first Canadian National Marketing Director and ended up making 6 times the monthly income she was accustomed to.

Sandy left after 5 years to go into other companies. What she was looking for, she found in MXI- a consummable product everyone wants, the right timing, an honest company, and a generous compensation plan!

What an honor to be on the 2010 FAB representing our team and all the distributors in the field who are building their Xocai business sharing The Healthy Chocolate and now the Xe Energy Drink! What a fantastic journey this has been been. It was almost five years years ago that we sat in that very 1st Xocai meeting, we didn't have any literature, brochures, or even the product to taste, and look at where this company is today!

Janiell has been in Network Marketing for the last 20 years and made it to the "Million Dollar Club" and proud to be a "Passionate, Professional Network Marketer." Where else could a wife, stay at home mom of 5, with now 17 Grandchildren, make a six or seven figure income? I am proud to be known as "The Chocolate Mama" to everyone in the company. Adrian has been in the Real Estate field for the past 30 years and owned several very successful businesses. The current situation of our economy has demonstrated that network marketing is one of the only recession proof industries out there and is without a doubt the most lucrative. What started out to be a "Plan B" has definitely become our "Plan A." Where else could a person be in the position to help so many people improve both their health and their financial well being? It's amazing that we get paid to eat and share Healthy Chocolate with others ~ This is the "Perfect Combination!"

Kerry Dean left her nursing career for Direct Sales after being widowed so that she could work from home and leverage her time with her four children. She became very successful with Mary Kay Cosmetics earning several cars and “driving pink.”

Deciding she no longer wanted to be in an inventory based business, she looked to network marketing and found MXI and Xocai the Healthy Chocolate. Kerry loved the fact that this fabulous chocolate had scientific studies to back its claims. She loved the compensation plan and because the business is willable she can leave the legacy to her children. She now earns more in a month than she ever could as a nurse. This has enabled her to help people that are important to her in her life.

Teaching others to prosper and to balance their lives between family and career with financial and time freedom is her passion – and something she believes is achievable, for those both with and without networking experience, through MXI.
