Frequently Asked Questions: Artwork
It has come to our attention that there are websites hosted by some of our Associates that misrepresent the relationship between MXI Corp and Brunswick Laboratories. Brunswick Laboratories is an independent testing company. They test our products for ORAC, Flavonoids, Catechin, and Epicatechin, and they certify those test results on our product packaging. However, as an independent testing company they do not endorse, promote, or recommend the products of any company for whom they perform tests. This would be a conflict of interest.
If you have any reference to Brunswick Laboratories on your website, please make sure that it only states that Brunswick Laboratories test the MXI Corp products for ORAC, Flavonoids, Catechin, and Epicatechin, and certify those test results on our product packaging.
We greatly appreciate your immediate compliance with this request. Failure to correct to any misrepresentations constitutes a violation of the MXI Corp Rules & Regulations, and will be dealt with accordingly.
Yes. By signing the Artwork Release form from your Back Office Library and faxing it to head office (775.971.9976) along with any service providers (ie. printers, web designers, etc.), you will receive a link to download Distributor-Only files including product shots, logos, etc. seen in much of the MXI Corp materials. You must provide an email address in order to receive the download link. There are some images that will be kept strictly for MXI Corp itself, but much of the artwork is there for use to produce original art.
No, all you need to do is request the artwork again, but indicate that you have previously downloaded it and would like the newest version of the Media Kit.
This is a common question. Because there are so many distributors in the network and so many Xoçai™-related websites/promotionals cropping up everyday, custom designs and custom photos are everywhere. MXI Corp has direct control over www.mxicorp.com and www.xocai.com, so if you do not see the particular image(s)/promotionals anywhere on these two URLs, we can not provide it to you.
Yes, we will try to work with you to create most custom artwork. Due to volume, there may be a 5 - 10 business day delay in your completed design. Be aware that these designs will be the property of MXI Corp and if applicable, will be posted in the downloads section for others to download and use, or made available for purchase as an accessory item. Email your request with full description of proposed idea.
There are studies currently being done on Xoçai™, however, until those studies are completed, MXI Corp and it's Distributors can not make health claims about any of it's products. For clarification and use of the benefits of Dark Chocolate, email corporate office for more information or refer to Dr. Steven Warren's website, www.mydrchocolate.com. Please report any questionable promotional materials to MXI Corp. If you have a health-related testimonial, please post it on Dr. Steven Warren's website, www.mydrchocolate.com.
The video clips on the MXI Corp website and on the "Meeting-in-a-Box" use Apple Quicktime 7.0 or later as well as Microsoft Windows Media Player .wmv files.
Windows Users
You will by default be able to play the .wmv files. You will need to download Apple Quicktime. The application is free, though you may be prompted to purchase the "pro" version if you open the application itself, however you can ignore the prompt and continue on without purchase. Be patient, Quicktime is a fairly large download.
Apple/Mac Users
You will by default be able to play Quicktime files. You will need to download the Windows Media Player.

Windows Media Player (Apple/Mac)
If you see the Quicktime logo, you have Quicktime installed. The reason you are seeing the "Q" is because your computer is downloading the movie and must download a certain portion of the movie before it starts to play (AKA "Buffering"). How long the "Q" appears on your screen is dependant on your internet speed/clip download speed. Once it downloads enough of the movie for the play head to stay behind the download bar, it will begin to play and the "Q" will be replaced by the movie clip. Basically, you have to wait for your computer to download enough of the movie.
In some cases, the browser does not understand that the Quicktime movie should start to play after the buffer is complete, so you may experience a long wait time where the full movie downloads before it starts and the "Q" disappears.
