May I create my own MXI Corp™ or Xoçai™ website?

MXI Corp associates are always encouraged to utilize the tools and websites that MXI Corp provides, as they are constantly improving, and are reviewed to meet compliance and legal guidelines. however, should a MXI Corp associate decide that they would like to create their own retail or marketing website, they are welcome to do so.

Proper steps for creating your own website:

Determine your intended URL/web address and email compliance the intended url name to determine if it meets compliance standards.

Create a website template including all intended information and images to be used within your website. forward the template or link to MXI Corp compliance for review and approval.
(general review of a submitted website can take up to 3 weeks depending on the site content)

If your submission is not approved, you will receive an email notating all required changes, and asked to resubmit your website once the changes are complete.

Once approval is received you are welcome to launch your website.

Should you at any time, make changes or enhancements to your website, you must resubmit your link to compliance for additional review and approval.

May I use MXI Corp™, Xoçai™, or one of the product names within my domain name or url address?

It is not permitted for an independent distributor, or other individual to use the MXI Corp trademarked material within a domain name or url.

Where can I find MXI Corp logos or product images?

Within the MXI Corp backoffice library, there is a form entitled Artwork Release. Complete and submit the artwork release document to mxi corp compliance department, in order to receive an email copy of the media kit. The media kit link is active for 24 hours, thus immediate download is advised.

May I have more than one MXI Corp distributorship?

Multiple MXI Corp distributorships are not permitted. the most common oversight regarding MXI Corp policies and procedures is the prohibiting of duplicate distributorships being held by husband and wife. husband and wife may not hold separate distributorships. for additional information regarding this topic, please review your MXI Corp Policies and Procedures.

What do we do if my husband and I have separate accounts?

Contact the Compliance Department immediately regarding your options. Should the MXI Corp™ Compliance Department be made aware of your duplicate distributorships, prior to notification by the acting distributor, one of the accounts will be immediately suspended, and an email notification will be forwarded to the email address on file.

May I use my own personal testimonial or the testimonial of a friend or family member to advertise or promote my business or the product?

Though we, as a company, have heard many exciting testimonials in the field and your testimonial is your own personal experience, or the experience of someone you know, it can not be used as text to advertise Xoçai™.

May I create my own MXI Corp™ or Xoçai™ business cards and or promotional material?

As an independent associate for MXI Corp you are welcome to create and utilize your own MXI Corp™ promotional material and business cards, however, each creation, and all material must first be submitted in template form to MXI Corp compliance prior to printing or use and obtain approval.

Are the Xoçai™ products and MXI Corp™ approved by health Canada?

MXI Corp™ products are currently pending review by health Canada, and are not health Canada approved.

I recently submitted “my story” for my replicating website and it was altered, why?

If you have submitted custom text for your "My Story" and you find it has been altered or edited, the MXI Corp™ Compliance Department has made changes to your story to ensure it meets the compliance guidelines. if you have specific questions regarding the changes or edits, please direct them to the MXI Corp™ Compliance Department.

How long does it generally take for a “My Story” submission to be approved?

The MXI Corp™ Compliance Department does their best to make sure that the “my story” submissions are reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days of submission. On a seldom occasion if the Compliance Departments workload is increased, it may take 2-4 business days for approval. If your story submission has not been approved after a maximum of 4 business days, please resubmit your story in your back office, or contact the Compliance Department for a status update.
