Before Enrolling

Before signing up or enrolling a new Associate through your Virtual Office or through a sponsors MyVOffice website, you will need to have the following information of the new enrollee:

  1. First and Last Name
  2. Date of birth
  3. Mailing address
  4. Shipping address
  5. Email and phone #
  6. Credit Card Information
  7. Choice of Product

All Associates must review and agree to the Terms and Conditions as well as the MXI’s Policies and Procedures.

Enrolling

To sign-up a new Associate through your Virtual Office, click on an the desired open position form your Graphic Tree. Follow each step carefully and review all information that was entered prior to submitting the application.

If you are a new Associate attempting to sign-up through a sponsors MyVOffice website, simply click “SIGN UP” from the homepage. Follow each step carefully and review all information that was entered prior to submitting the application.

Step 1

Select the new Associates home country and desired rank and click continue.

Step 2

Confirm the sponsor ID and name are correct.

Step 3

Fill in all required * fields accordingly. Please note: If the shipping address is different from the mailing address, the “Shipping Address” section will need to be filled out also.

Step 4

Select how you would like to receive payment of commissions.

Step 5

Select the appropriate time zone and create a Virtual Office password for the Associate.

Step 6

Check the box if the new Associate agrees to the Terms and Conditions.

Step 7

For all non U.S. residents, check the box and print the W-8BEN. This form must be filled out and faxed to corporate for tax exemption.

Step 8

Review the Virtual Office Agreement and check the box next to “I agree”.

Step 9

Select product and quantity based on the enrollment rank and click continue. Select the desired product and quantity for the auto-ship. Please note: Affiliates must also select 4 or 8 week run cycle.

Steps 10 and 11

Confirm your start up order and enter credit card and billing information.

Steps 12 and 13

Confirm auto-ship order and and enter credit card and billing information.

If all the information has been entered correctly, click continue. Once the application has been submitted the Associate will be assigned a distributor ID and they will receive a welcome email shortly after.

ProPay

ProPay is available to all MXI Corp Associates outside of North America. ProPay is the fastest way to receive commissions. The money is transferred the same day we post payments to your ProPay account. ProPay payments are posted the first Tuesday following the commission run. Auto-ship

Auto-ship is a reoccuring automatic order. Depending on distributor rank, these orders will either be 4 or 8 weeks apart. Auto-ship orders generate on Mondays and generally ship out within the same week.
