Paula Pritchard and Kathy Robbins

Paula Pritchard was pursuing her doctorate degree while teaching at Kent State University when she was introduced to Amway. Out of a million distributors at the time, Paula became the first single woman in North America to reach the coveted Diamond position.

Kathy Robbins owned her own successful financial firm when she was first introduced to Network Marketing by a client named Paula Pritchard. With part-time effort she reached the top position with that Network Company in just 8 months. She eventually sold her financial firm and partnered up with Paula.

They have risen to the highest possible position and income levels with a number of network marketing companies, building organizations of over 200,000 distributors, across more than 15 countries, producing hundreds of millions of dollars in business. Together they have spearheaded the expansion of four of those companies into Europe.

Paula and Kathy are currently Presidential Diamonds and the number two earners with MXI.

We were introduced to this life changing industry back in 1988. We saw average people earning above average incomes and beyond and we wanted to know how to do it too. We saw this industry change lives.

We were taught buy some of the best of the best in this industry, to be successful, you needed to be teachable and have a burning desire and an unshakable belief in the company, product, the opportunity but most importantly, a belief in yourself that it is possible.

The last 20 years we’ve had the opportunity to build two very successful international network marketing businesses.

We treat our networking marketing opportunity like our lives depended on it. We work it every day with a sense of urgency and a fear of loss. We don’t take it for granted for one minute, and are thankful everyday for this remarkable company and the people in our organization.

What an honor to be invited to be on the new "FAB" Field Advisory Board representing the field of dedicated distributors working their Xocai Business. I have been in the Network Marketing Industry for the last 20 years and have made it to the "Million Dollar Club" and am proud to call myself a Passionate, "Professional Network Marketer." I am more excited than I ever have been now that Adrian has taken an active role in partnering with me in our business. Adrian has been in the Real Estate field for the past 30 years and owned several very successful businesses. The current situation of our economy has demonstrated that newtwork marketing is one of the only recession proof industries out there and is without a doubt the most lucrative. Where else could a person be in the position to help so many people improve both their health and their financial wellbeing?

We wake up everyday to blue skies, sunshine, and acres of palm trees grateful for the ability to share Xocai, "The Perfect Combination" with as many people as we can. The true blessing is watching our new business partners finding success and being able to take control of their lives. We feel that this is truly a "Pay It Forward Business". The advise that we would give to any new distributor is to write down their goals, action plan and make a mental commitment to stay focused and committed to sharing sharing Xocai everyday. We have found that the only people who don't succeed in network marketing are the ones that quit. We are Passionate and dedicated to the company and every distributor that is willing to do what it takes to achieve their goals and truly make a difference in their lives and the lives of others they care about.

Paul Engemann

Paul Engemann became an MXI distributor at the very founding of the company. He is a highly sought-after presenter in the MXI organization and has created many tools that have made it easy (and fun) to make people aware of healthy chocolate and the amazing business opportunity that MXI represents. He maintains a busy travel schedule to support his large and growing MXI organization.

One of the aspects of the business which Paul enjoys the most is seeing the tremendous personal growth that MXI's distributors experience as they build their businesses and improve the lives of others.

Before becoming involved in the network marketing industry, Paul was a sucessful singer and songwriter. He Co-wrote and performed the the music for the 1984 Olympics and had a number 1 hit single in Europe as a result. He sang the main title song for the movie Scarface. As the lead singer of Animotion, the 1980's era rock group, Paul had major chart success in the United States. In 1990, Paul co-wrote and performed the music for the World Soccer Cup in Rome, Italy. Recently, Paul performed a duet with Marie Osmond on her 2007 Christmas CD.

Paul looks forward to many more wonderful adventures with MXI. He is totally dedicated to supporting his team (and all MXI Distributors) in their continued efforts to spread the great news of healthy chocolate!
