Xocai High Antioxidant Weight Loss System Pilot Study Protocol

Objective

This pilot study will test the effectiveness of using the Xocai High-Antioxidant Weight-Loss System (a 1,200 -1,500 calories daily). This system is a high-antioxidant, high protein, high fiber, low carbohydrate diet. It is a three step system.

– X–Protein Meal Replacement Shakes

– Exercise/activity program

– Accountability/buddy system techniques

Participants in the program

The pilot study will monitor the progress and results of 50 people over a 12-week period. Participants will be from 20 to 80 years of age and free of major medical conditions. Each participant is required to sign a medical release/consent form. The amount of weight to be lost should be a minimum of 20 pounds. All participants will be approved by the study physicians.
